Welcome to the portal of booking and contributions in Älvkarleby municipality
Logging in is always done with E-identification via BankID and you start by registering as a private customer.
- Log in with BankID.
- Fill in the phone and email under the person icon at the top right under "Settings".
You are now registered as a private customer and can book premises as a private person.
You, as the booking manager for your association/company, then create an account in Rbok by registering the association/company.
The registration must be approved by the municipality before the association/company's account is approved in Rbok.
